I’ve worked with migrant professionals from all over the world, including New Zealand, the UK, USA, Canada, Colombia, Brazil, Russia, France, Vietnam, China, Iran, South Africa and India.
This has given me a good understanding of some of the challenges people face when looking for work in Australia, from understanding the job market and recruitment processes to knowing how to present overseas qualifications and experience to Australian employers.
I was also born overseas, so I understand that settling into a new country involves much more than simply finding a job.
